Karen Carter

Karen spent 22 years in the insurance industry, initially implementing system computerisation, marketing and subsequently controlling a substantial sales area before transferring her skills to the water industry in 2001.

Undertaking technical and occupational training she combined these skills to develop water system computerisation as well as carry out account management roles. Using both her water and system knowledge she has taken an active role in the integration of several legacy companies into Green Compliance. She is proactive in developing improved process and practice, acknowledging changes in legislation as well as improving quality, environmental and sustainability policies.

Commercial Director

Rob Denny

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in the water management sector having worked in technical and commercial functions across the UK and Australia.  He has particular experience in legionella management coupled with introducing water management programmes into customers in water stressed environments.

Having graduated in Biology from Southampton University, he subsequently completed a Masters in Environmental Technology from Imperial College of Science and Technology with an industry sponsored specialism in Water Management.

For the last 10 years he has been responsible for leading technical and service delivery sales and operational teams within the water treatment industry, with a passion for introducing innovation and a commitment to high standards of customer service.

M&E Director

Mark Hodgkins

With over 10 years experience in the building, installing and commissioning of large ultrapure cooling systems all over the world for companies such as Siemens & GEC Mark joined the water treatment industry in 1996.  

As a professionally qualified engineer Mark brings his breadth of technical expertise to lead his own UK wide team and support our clients internal maintenance and production teams;  from the initial enquiry stage through to commissioning and on-going maintenance of their complex water treatment systems.

Combining engineering, design and project management experience in his time with Green Compliance, Mark is well placed to support our current and new client demands moving forward.

Technical Director

Barry Webber

Barry is a Water Management Industry Specialist with an excellent knowledge of water chemistry in all types of engineered systems, water microbiology, water hygiene and legionella management and has 34 years’ experience and expertise in the industry.

As Technical Director, Barry possesses professional and commercial business acumen and is accountable for the quality of our Risk Assessment product as well as providing support for all our products and services.  Barry has also broad expertise supporting our clients across many sectors including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Commercial and Education.
